DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY:
Our software products are generally delivered via Electronic Delivery/Installation, Free of charge:
Upon purchasing a software license, you will be contacted within 1 business day to schedule the software installation. At that time, you may tell us if you wish to have a CD shipped to you. The cost for Shipping & Handling of a CD would be $19 via USPS Priority Mail within the USA. Shipments outside the USA will be at a higher rate.
Third-Party Software and Hardware Products:
Third-party software and hardware products, such as: ERIT hardware (data collectors, downloader, iButtons, brackets); Caller-ID hardware (routers), etc. may be shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier and may have different shipping time-frames. **NOTE: Shipping charges on third-party hardware vary depending on items and quantities ordered and cannot be predetermined. We will notify you of the charges as we confirm your order.
