Upon receipt and/or verification of payment, our software products are generally shipped within 1-2 days*. The standard method of shipment is via US Priority Mail (allow 3-6 business days for delivery), unless expedited shipping is requested.

International Orders (outside USA/Canada):
Upon receipt and/or verification of payment, our software products are generally shipped within 1-2 days. The standard method of shipment is via US Global Priority Mail. Delivery time varies and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping charges vary depending on country of destination, items and quantities ordered and cannot be predetermined. A minimum charge of $60 will be charged at checkout. We will email you to notify of the charges as we confirm your order.
Returns:
You may return the product within 15 days of receipt in an unopened and undamaged condition for a full refund, less shipping/handling costs.
Warranty:
The original electronic distribution media containing the software is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from shipping. If it is found to be defective, return it postage paid to our address, on the Contact Us page, we shall replace it free of charge. This is our sole warranty of the product, and we specifically disclaim any and all other implied or express warranties, representations, or conditions, whether warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, warranty of merchantability, or any others.
