SOFTWARE LICENSING OPTIONS:


You may license any of our software programs with either Monthly Licensing or Standard Licensing.

MONTHLY LICENSING:
This option is a recurring monthly cost, ideal for those who prefer an affordable monthly payment (rather than a larger upfront cost). This option also includes added benefits compared to Standard Licensing.

Monthly Licensing includes:
  • Standard software features - per product description
  • 30-day telephone/internet support - starts at program activation
  • 24/7 access to online training video library - unlimited
  • Training Q&A - occasional quick question/answer
  • Training Walk-throughs - short, guided walk-through sessions
  • Program Updates - as available
  • Program Upgrades - as available
  • New Program Releases - 1 month before general release
  • Exclusive discount offers
  • eBook on increasing profits - as available
After 30-day telephone/internet support expires, dedicated training is available at an additional cost.

Enrollment in Monthly Licensing requires 3 months be paid in advance and a 12-month minimum enrollment. Your initial 3-month payment will constitute your authorization for recurring, automatic monthly credit card payments, which will occur on or around the 1st of each month, starting on month 4. After the initial 12-month minimum enrollment, you will receive a renewal reminder. Upon renewal, a re-enrollment code will be provided. Ritam reserves the right to change the terms at the end of each enrollment period.

STANDARD LICENSING:
This option requires a one-time upfront payment for those who don't want a monthly recurring cost. Add the optional Continuity Plan (described below) to gain the benefits provided for Monthly Licensing customers.

Standard Licensing includes:
  • Standard software features - per product description
  • 30-day telephone/internet support - starts at program activation
  • 60-day access to online training video library
  • Training Q&A - occasional quick question/answer
  • Program Updates - as available
After 30-day telephone/internet support expires, dedicated training is available at an additional cost.

CONTINUITY PLAN:
This is a 12 month, renewable, discount subscription plan which allows users to keep their program current on a constant basis. To be eligible to enroll, you must subscribe within 12 months of having licensed our program(s). All updates and upgrades are included. An additional benefit is continuous access to the training video library for your program. The Continuity Plan can be paid for on a monthly or annual basis, but it must be fully paid before any upgrades are installed. You may subscribe right away and pay on a monthly basis so that you stay current constantly and don’t give up access to training videos after the initial 60 days.

Continuity Plan includes:

  • Training Q&A - occasional quick question/answer
  • Training Walk-throughs - short, guided walk-through sessions
  • Program Upgrades - as available
  • New Program Releases - 1 month before general release

For those enrolled in Monthly Licensing, the above benefits are already included.

For those with Standard Licensing, the Continuity Plan is the method of obtaining the benefits desired while keeping the monthly costs to a minimum.
