Software Licensing Options
SOFTWARE LICENSING OPTIONS:

There are two ways to license Summit Array software:
  • Monthly Subscription License
    • A recurring monthly cost - Includes the Continuity Plan at budget-friendly pricing
  • Standard Licensing
    • A one-time upfront cost - Requires separate subscription to the Continuity Plan and saves money long term

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION LICENSING:

This option is a recurring monthly cost, ideal for those who prefer an affordable monthly payment (rather than a larger upfront cost). This option also includes added benefits compared to Standard Licensing.

A Monthly Subscription License includes:
  • 60-day unlimited free training & tech support, via email, telephone or Internet connection (starts at program activation)*
  • Continuity Plan:
    • Monthly training and technical support allowance
    • All updates released
    • All upgrades made available
    • Special discounts
    • Early access to new releases
    • eBooks on building your business (as available)
    • Pricing and policies are locked in for the 12-month duration of the Plan and subject to change at the renewal or with a major upgrade

*In addition to the included training & tech support, dedicated or on-site training are available at additional cost.

Requirements:
  • Cloud storage and daily backup per user at minimal cost per month (Applies to Version 5 products).
  • Enrollment in Monthly Subscription Licensing requires 3 months paid in advance and expects a 12-month minimum enrollment. Your initial 3-month payment will constitute your authorization for recurring, automatic monthly credit card payments which will occur on or around the 1st of each month, starting on month 4. After the initial 12-month minimum enrollment, you will receive a renewal reminder. Upon renewal, a re-enrollment code will be provided. Ritam reserves the right to change the terms and pricing at the end of each enrollment period.

Converting to Standard License:
  • At any time, monthly subscription licensing may be converted to standard licensing. An appropriate discount will be offered against the cost of conversion, based upon the length of time on the monthly subscription. Please inquire for details specific to your situation.

STANDARD LICENSING:

This option requires a one-time upfront payment for those who don't want a monthly recurring cost. Add the optional Continuity Plan (described below) to gain the benefits provided for Monthly Licensing customers.

A Standard License includes:
  • 60-day unlimited free training & tech support, via email, telephone or Internet connection (starts at program activation)*
  • One-time licensing payment to save money over time

*In addition to the included training & tech support, dedicated or on-site training are available at additional cost.

Requirements:
  • As a separate subscription, the Continuity Plan is required (see below)
  • Cloud storage and daily backup per user at minimal cost per month (Applies to Version 5 products).

CONTINUITY PLAN:

A 12 month, renewable, discount subscription plan which allows users to keep their program current on a constant basis.

The Continuity Plan can be paid for on a monthly or annual basis.

  • All updates released
  • All upgrades made available
  • Special discounts
  • Early access to new releases
  • eBooks on building your business (as available)
  • Pricing and policies are locked in for the 12-month duration of the Plan and subject to change at the renewal or with a major upgrade

For those enrolled in Monthly Licensing, the above benefits are already included.

For those with Standard Licensing, the Continuity Plan is the method of obtaining the benefits desired while keeping the monthly costs to a minimum.
