PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Summit Incentives Plus™ is an employee incentives tracking system to monitor performance and properly reward employees. It motivates employees and improves customer service while minimizing the attention required from management. Problems are easily identified before becoming issues, and those who perform are properly rewarded without breaking the budget. Each employee can have custom-tailored improvement tracking, but every employee has a fair and equal treatment with rewards commensurate with their performance. It can even be used as a customer loyalty incentive tracking system! 

Software Description

Description:

  • Summit Incentives Plus is an employee incentive points tracking system. It allows companies to designate important criteria for evaluating job performance and rewarding those who excel in their contributions to the company. Based upon your evaluation criteria, beneficial behaviors are encouraged and rewarded accordingly. Employees are notified of incentive points accumulated with a pay stub insert, and they may redeem points for gifts from product catalogs; gift certificates or travel vouchers; a week at a timeshare or a vacation cabin; event or concert tickets; cash; or other promotional items your company may offer. Team and individual efforts are rewarded, and productivity is increased, allowing your company to recruit and retain highly motivated and desirable employees.
  • There are three critical components: a gift catalog (to which you assign point values), job-related criteria you deem important for evaluation, and a means of tracking and redeeming points. As you set up review criteria, “standard” incentive points are assigned to each, and optional “bonus” points (if any) are assigned for extraordinary job contributions. As incentive reviews are conducted, each review criterion is rated as “Deficient”, “Average”, “Excellent” or “Superior”. A rating of “Excellent” will receive the “standard” incentive points assigned. A rating of “Superior” will receive the “standard” points plus the “bonus” points assigned (if any). An “Average” rating will not receive any points and any “Deficient” ratings will result in a negative point deduction of the “standard” points. There is even a report listing associates who received “Deficient” ratings which can be tagged as “Needs Improvement” for further follow-up.
  • Ultimately, associates are provided with a summary of their available points. When the associate is ready to redeem his/her points, a “Point Redemption Request” form is submitted, which the administrator uses to order the requested item, and the transaction is posted against the associate’s remaining point balance.
  • Set up your associates and track their performance against your established criteria
  • Instantly record incentive reviews and allocate points for their excellent or superior performance
  • Log incidents (both positive and otherwise) directly tied to the associate screen and available during reviews
  • Check-box oriented evaluation approach simplifies assignment of standard or bonus points
  • Job performance areas requiring further attention from the associate and supervisor can be flagged for follow-up
  • Payslip inserts make accounting for point balances and redemptions simple
  • Detailed history of past reviews accessible by associate or summaries by date

Additional concurrent users can be licensed at any time. User-friendliness is unparalleled, with Windows® 98, ME, XP, NT, 2000, 2003, 2006, 2008, Vista, and 7 point-and-click operation, extensive help documents, intuitive screen design and operation, and computer-based video demos and training. The screens and reports are easy on your eyes, with colorful palettes and uncluttered presentation.

Concurrent user licensing can save you significantly. This approach allows you to install Summit software on multiple stations on your network but only pay licensing for the maximum number of users who will be using it at the same time. For example, install Summit on 6 stations, but if only 3 users are using it at once, only pay for a 3-user license. General Pricing Information

  • Additional concurrent networked users are discounted
  • License Renewal...A nominal license renewal fee is charged, starting the third year of usage. This allows us to continue offering free support for the occasional, quick question for the life of your product
  • Updates...a minor, incremental change to selected areas of the system within the same major version number...cost is a flat fee, regardless of licensed users, and includes all changes to date
  • Upgrades...a major, substantial change to the system to a new major version number...cost is 60% of the current licensing cost for your system as configured (i.e., a 40% discount from a new license today) or $300 (whichever is greater), which includes all changes to date and professional data upgrading (any labor required to update your Summit data structures) but does not include additional training labor (not normally required).  

Training and Support

  • Includes FREE 30-day trial (with automatic on-going subscriptions) to *Training Essentials Service for Plus programs with 24/7 access to Training & Mastering Video Library
  • On-site training is available for an additional cost in your office or ours
  • Technical support is optional and is available in a subscription or per-incident basis

*Training Essentials Service for Plus programs with Training & Mastering Video Library provides up to 1 hour (on average) telephone/email/Internet training support monthly and 24/7 unlimited access to our growing library of training and mastering videos ($92 combined value), on a fixed monthly automatic credit card payment of only $39.99. (Over $52 savings per month!) 

After the 30-day trial period, all subscriptions have a 3-month minimum, but you can cancel any time after then before the next billing. Some months will require more training than others, and these subscriptions allow for balanced payments to smooth out the peaks and valleys of your training requirements. Some people learn better by being shown, and others prefer to view video samples, which can also be done after hours. With these options, training can be easily tailored to your needs. Training Essentials Service can be separated from Training & Mastering Video Library access and priced accordingly, as your needs change. Credit card must be valid and authorized for monthly automatic payments. Monthly automatic charge to occur on or about the same day as enrollment.
